   Now that you have purchased this maintenance agreement you are now identified as a “Priority Customer” this entitles you to “priority service”. This service entitles you to discounts on service and repairs. This priority service is what we call the All Weather Peace of Mind.
   1.Repairs and parts that are not covered by this plan or a manufacturers warranty will be charged at the current rate with a 15% discount for you the “ Priority Customer”.
   2. 24 hour emergency service is available to you the “Priority Customer”.
   3. For any issues that may occur simply call the number above and you will be provided “Priority Service” over non plan holders.
   4. This plan is fully transferable to your new home or to subsequent owners of the current home in  the event you sell the home under which this agreement was agreed upon.
